Eventually, DS team is made up of various subjects’ experts from the Libraries and wishes to connect with faculties in the HKU community. Contributing our knowledge and expertise, our team aims to help your proposals/ projects for seed grants to support individual or collaborative Digital Scholarship projects in research, teaching, or public outreach from any discipline in HKU. 

Proposal Planning

To propose or plan a digital project, please complete the Digital Project Request Form. Our team highly recommends you have a consulation with us before submitting the form to dss@lib.hku.hk . Digital Initiatives

Striving to be your partner in teaching, learning and research processes and able to discovery the digital technologies which help you in addressing some of the toughest development challenges, providing access to information, overcoming remoteness and disconnects. The Libraries are experienced for long term project web hosting and various kinds of technologies and technical supports.

Digital Publishing

Offering support and guidance for the design, management and distribution of online publications with different kinds publishing models, such as online books, catalogs, journals, blogs, websites, and photo albums are dedicated and committed to Digital Scholarship work. The Libraries help you explore new and emerging publishing models in our changing scholarly communication environment and help monitor and address their concerns and questions about web publishing.
